Past 15-16. November Ride Albania Mountain Biking delivered a 2-day “bike guide” training for local youth in Malesi e Madhe / Northern Albania. With the basics of bike maintenance, guiding skills, communication, and – lets get practical – a great ride together. Good times we had, and this gives the local youth a further skill to capitalize on the growing tourism in their beautiful area, and build income & work for their future. The training was made possible by VIS Albania, with financing from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.
Trainings as the above, the exploration of bike trails, the development of bike tourism, or our own guided bike holidays in Albania – build on our expertise, and be part of a sustainable tourism for rural Albania.
